Jimmy Fallon Shreds Trump Over PBS Demand And Signal Goof In 1 Zesty Zinger

Perhaps under different circumstances the Trump administration would have applauded Jimmy Fallon’s cost efficiency on Thursday’s “Tonight Show.” (Watch the video below.)

The host zeroed in on President Donald Trump’s call for Republicans to defund PBS. Trump called it an arm of the “Radical Left Democrat Party.” But Fallon extended his jab to other matters of interest.

“It’s not good right now,” Fallon said. “The White House has a group chat about invading ‘Sesame Street.’”

Fallon had more to say about the Signal group chat that let a reporter in on U.S. plans to bomb Houthis in Yemen. Democrats are blasting officials for using a publicly available messaging app like Signal to discuss such ultra-sensitive info.

Cracked Fallon: “Of course, everyone’s still talking to me about the White House’s group chat scandal, but I saw that Trump said it’s ‘really not a big deal.’ That’s a relief. I mean, he said the same thing about Covid, and no problems there.”
