“Late Show” host Stephen Colbert said President Donald Trump’s meeting this week with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney didn’t seem to go the way the president had wanted.
“This meeting was full of embarrassing moments,” Colbert said and pointed to one in particular: when Trump was asked about what concessions he wanted from Canada.

“Friendship,” Trump answered.
Colbert could hardly believe what he was hearing.
“He’s been agonizing the entire world and what he wants is friendship? That’s so sad!” Colbert said. “That’s like a robber saying, ’This is a stickup! Everybody get face down on the floor and say one nice thing about my outfit.”
