Jimmy Kimmel took aim at President Donald Trump’s White House tour with Fox News’ Laura Ingraham, adding his own satirical twist to the televised event.
During the tour, Trump showed Ingraham his newly acquired copy of the Declaration of Independence, now displayed in the Oval Office.
But in Kimmel’s mock version, he couldn’t help but notice something unusual.
“Wait, is that ketchup and mustard all over it?” Kimmel joked of an edited image showing the document stained, referencing reports that Trump once threw a plate of food at a wall in frustration.
Kimmel also ridiculed Trump’s executive order to dismantle the Department of Education.
“They say ignorance is bliss,” he quipped.
“I know it sounds like a joke, but it’s not,” Kimmel added. “Trump famously said he loves the poorly educated, and now he’ll have so many more people to love.”
